Steel outdoor staircase

An outdoor staircase has to withstand wind and weather and stay safe. These photos show steel outdoor staircases leading from the garden or ground level up to a balcony or terrace.

One staircase is fully hot-dip galvanised, with grating treads and a handrail on both sides. Another has steel stringers in a warm brown colour, timber treads and a landing at the top. You can also see black staircases with grating treads, one of them with a balustrade of thin steel cables.

At Kaaijk, outdoor staircases are hot-dip galvanised, so the steel is well protected against rust. Every staircase is made in our workshop in Zaandam, in line with the EN 1090 certification.

After the first conversation and the quotation, we measure up the staircase on site and make a design drawing. This is followed by production, galvanising and finally installation on site, carried out accurately and neatly.
